We endeavour to deliver all orders from stock within 48 hours, but please allow up to 14 days for delivery. If you have an urgent requirement, please telephone our sales department to confirm availability of stock. Certain equipment and furniture such as couches and cabinets may take up to 7 weeks depending on specification or colours.

Delivery Charges Within the U.K.

• A delivery and handling charge of £3.47 (inc) will be applied on all orders below £25.00 (excluding V.A.T.)
• A delivery and handling charge of £5.29 (inc) will be applied on all orders between £25.00 and £85.00 (excluding V.A.T.)
• All orders above £85.00 (excluding V.A.T.) will be delivered within the U.K. free of any delivery charges.
• Additional charges may apply for guaranteed, express deliveries or special delivery requirements.
• Additional charges may also apply for delivery of larger items if there is restricted access or special circumstances need to be considered.

Delivery Charges Outside the U.K.

All orders delivered outside the U.K. will incur additional delivery charges irrespective of order value. If delivery is requested outside the U.K., we will confirm the exact delivery charge before payment is processed and the order is despatched.

Method of Delivery

Although most orders are despatched by next day courier, we reserve the right to select the most economical method of delivery.

Delivery Errors

Shortages, breakages, non-deliveries or discrepancies must be advised within 3 working days of receipt of order. No claims will be considered outside of this period.
